LANDIS DUPLEX ADU’s

Property Owner approached Process and Design Studio with the intentions of developing one more unit on their property. This would have been a total of 2 units on the lot. As part of our work, we discussed what the budget is and what the time frame can be for the development of the project. When listening to the client, the couple would express repeated comments about creating units for the growing family. So that they family members can remain close. However if the kids so choose to not live on property, these units could still be rented and obtain a financial gain for the owners.
